We request that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. This extra time will allow you to complete the necessary liability waiver, meet your instructor, and familiarize yourself with our studio and equipment. By doing so, you'll feel more prepared and ready to fully immerse yourself in the Pilates experience. We look forward to welcoming you and providing you with a fantastic workout!
We suggest wearing comfortable workout attire that enables freedom of movement. We recommend choosing form-fitting clothing, as it allows our instructors to observe your alignment and provide accurate feedback. This way, we can ensure that you receive the most effective guidance and support during your session.
No prior experience is necessary to join our Pilates classes. Our classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through the exercises, providing modifications and progressions to match your abilities.
To book a class at MAE Pilates Studio, you can visit our website under the packages or scheduling tabs. Both sections will provide you with our class schedule, and you can select the desired class, date, and time. Alternatively, you can contact our studio directly, and our staff will assist you in reserving a spot in your preferred class.
We provide all the necessary equipment for our Pilates classes, including mats, resistance bands, stability balls, and other props. However, if you prefer to use your own mat or have any specific equipment you'd like to incorporate into your practice, you are welcome to bring them.
We have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients. Please refer to our studio's specific cancellation policy, as it may vary depending on the membership or package you have chosen. Generally, we recommend canceling or rescheduling a class within a certain timeframe to avoid any penalties.
All of our pilates classes are 55 minutes. Please check our class schedule for more details.
To ensure a focused and uninterrupted workout environment, we kindly request all attendees to arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to setup and begin the workout. In order to minimize disruptions, late entry will not be permitted beyond 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating the best experience for everyone involved.
